The search for new methodologies that provide meaningful learning and that arouse students' interest in teaching Chemistry is something that has been widely discussed and studied. The object of study of this research is to evaluate the use of technological tools (podcast and interactive applications) through cell phones in aiding the teaching-learning of the discipline of Chemistry to high school students. The methodology was applied with 11 classes, encompassing the three grades of high school, from a state public school located in the city of Icó - CE. For 1st grade students, the chosen tool was the podcast, helping them to understand basic basic concepts that are important for understanding the discipline. For students in the 2nd and 3rd grades, two interactive applications were used (Chemistry Lab and Complete Chemistry App) where they obtained important information for classes and practical activities. The insertion of the methodology was well accepted by the groups that remained involved in the research. The data were obtained through controls and changes in understanding and interest in the subject can be observed, as well as improvements in the relationship between students and the teacher, making the student an autonomous subject and protagonist in their learning process, taking into account their experiences and reality with the theory proposed in the classroom.
