In this experience report, the results of the Children's University project will be presented, which had its activities started in 2019 with the Federal University of ABC, with face-to-face activities. The intention was to promote the approximation of students in the early years of Elementary School with the university's scientists. The COVID-19 Pandemic forced the migration of project activities to a remote format. With the help of Digital Communication and Information Technologies, mainly the Internet and Google Meet, we managed to develop the project from March 2020. There was a restructuring of the project from face-to-face to remote mode and the construction of a support network with teacher’s partners. We establish periodic meetings to establish a planning and execution schedule. We managed to serve more than 400 children. We developed activities to promote Scientific Literacy and managed to bring the University and Schools closer together. The children broadened their perceptions of a scientific career.
