AVALIAÇÃO INSTITUCIONAL E TRAJETÓRIA DE EGRESSOS DE CURSOS EAD

This article presents the results of a master's research that investigated the perception of graduates of five distance learning courses offered by a federal public education institution. The main objective was to identify evaluative data on the professional insertion of these graduates in the labor market. For this, several aspects related to the theme were examined, including the importance of institutional evaluation, the implementation of the National Higher Education Evaluation System (Sinaes), the participation of graduates in the evaluation process, the relationship between academic training and the job market. , the challenges faced by EaD and the need for inclusive public policies. The methodology used in the research included a literature review, documentary research and field research, carried out through data collection with the application of an online survey. The discussions revealed the importance of the participation of Distance Education graduates in an institutional evaluation that considers not only the technical aspects, but also the social, political and economic motivation dimensions involved in a process of planning, developing and offering undergraduate courses to distance.
