THE TRAINING OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS AS A STRATEGIC ELEMENT OF EAD MANAGEMENT

The management of Distance Education (EaD) is composed of administrative, pedagogical, political and technological elements. Different textures specific to the scope of this modality so that the ways of managing distance learning evolve and broaden their horizons as the modality itself occupies new spaces of manifestation. The formation of teams working at the distance learning follows a path that is closely related to the evolution of the modality, which points to fruitful articulation with the processes of interaction and interactivity, aligned with technological advances and forms of building knowledge in a network. In this sense, in this article we present the following problem: what does the most recent research indicate about training trends for distance learning teams in Brazil? Our objective is to analyze the perspectives of training EaD teams in Brazil highlighted in scientific articles over 20 years. The articles were collected in a bibliographical research carried out in the Redalyc database between 2002 and 2022. This article is qualitative in nature and has as its epistemological principle the bases of historical-dialectic materialism, considering the category of contradiction and mediation. The investigation process of the object in question was constituted from the bibliographical survey in the database, in conjunction with the notices of selection processes for the composition of multidisciplinary teams from five public institutions in the country. We identified gaps in research on the formation of multidisciplinary teams as well as in the systematization of training projects at the institutions that hire the teams. Management is involved in all proposed situations, revealing movements of continuity or rupture in processes that can both preserve the effects of the fragmentation of work in distance learning and remodel the processes of planning and executing actions that involve distance learning.
